What is it?
Exercises to improve your strength, posture and flexibility. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, including new Mums. The program involves physical conditioning exercises for the whole body. It promotes awareness and balanced fitness and includes non-impact exercises to improve strength, core stability, and flexibility. Abdominal and leg exercises are included,a long with muscle toning and postural advice.
WHen and where?
Classes are held during school term:
- Mondays @ 6.45pm and 7.45pm
- Tuesdays @ 10am
- Thursdays @10am.
Located in St Andrews Anglican Church hall, corner Sibbick St and Bay Rd.
